1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be transferred via bank transfer or original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via bank transfer only.
3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Customers may be responsible for return courier charges unless the mistake is from our side.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
